Looking for Township public records? We’re happy to help! Ross Township provides access to public records in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law.

How to Submit a Request

Complete the Right-to-Know Request Form below or the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records’ Standard Request Form. Address your request to Ross Township’s Open Records Officer and submit it by:

  • Email: rosstwp@rosstwpmcpa.gov
  • Mail: Ross Township, Attn: Open Records Officer, P.O. Box 276, Saylorsburg, PA 18353
  • In person: Township Office, 250 Anchorage Road, Saylorsburg, PA 18353

What to Include

Provide your name, mailing address, and email address if you prefer an electronic response. Clearly describe the records you are requesting, including relevant dates, addresses, or subjects. Requests should identify existing records rather than ask general questions. You do not need to explain why you want the records. Keep a copy of your completed request. Response Time

The Township will provide an initial response within five business days after its Open Records Officer receives your request. If access is denied, the written response will explain the reason and your appeal rights. Ross Township Right-to-Know information.

Access to Records and Fees

If your request is approved, public records will be available during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, excluding holidays.

Fees apply for photocopies, facsimiles, certified copies, and copies of documents on CD, plus mailing costs when applicable. Fees will be assessed as permitted by Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law.
