Real Estate Property Taxes

There is a real estate tax in Ross Township and it is collected by the elected tax collector.  She collects the County, Municipal, and School taxes and remits the monies directly to each taxing body.

County/Township bills mailed out March 1st and your School bill mailed out August 1st.

For 2022 There are No real estate taxes to be paid to Ross Township.

However, the County and School still must be paid.

*All tax bills go to the homeowners NOT the mortgage companies.*

 NOTICE TO ROSS TOWNSHIP TAXPAYERS

A Blink doorbell is installed near the tax-payment drop box for payments made outside the Tax Collector’s posted receiving hours.

When placing a tax payment in the drop box, please press the doorbell immediately after depositing your payment. This records the date and time the payment was received.

If the doorbell is not pressed and the payment does not have a timely U.S. Postal Service postmark, the payment may be recorded as late.
