Real Estate Property Taxes

There is a real estate tax in Ross Township and it is collected by the elected tax collector.  She collects the County, Municipal, and School taxes and remits the monies directly to each taxing body.

County/Township bills mailed out March 1st and your School bill mailed out August 1st.

For 2022 There are No real estate taxes to be paid to Ross Township.

However, the County and School still must be paid.

*All tax bills go to the homeowners NOT the mortgage companies.*

Attn Ross Twp. Tax Payers: a Blink Doorbell has been installed on the Dropbox for payments made outside of posted Receiving Hours. This is the only way to prove Timely Payment if not securing a U.S. Postmark. If you do not press the doorbell at the time of leaving your tax payment in the Dropbox, your payment may be logged as LATE as I will have no way of proving when it was deposited.
